London: Describing the attacks in Mumbai as "treacherous act of naked terrorism", Pakistan's Muttahida Quami Movement chief Altaf Hussain has said the perpetrators and their masterminds of such crimes should be brought to fore to avoid such catastrophe repeating itself.
"I vigorously condemn this treacherous act of naked terrorism and hope that the perpetrators and their masterminds would be brought to fore to avoid such catastrophe repeating itself not only in India but throughout the world," he said in a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
"I am profoundly shocked and saddened at the mindless attack on Mumbai that tantamount to an attack on India. "I, on behalf of the people of Pakistan and Muttahida Quami Movement, offer my deepest condolence on the loss of lives resulting from this cowardice act that deserves severest of condemnation."
