New Delhi: Home Minister Shivraj Patil has convened a high-level meeting slated for today to review the Mumbai terror attacks and discuss the security scenario in the country.
The meeting will be attended by Cabinet Secretary K M Chandrashekhar, Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta, National Security Advisor M K Narayanan, the IB Chief and the Special Secretary (Internal Security).
