New Delhi: After the completion of the operation to flush out terrorists who struck Mumbai, Home Minister Shivraj Patil today held a high-level meeting to take stock of the latest situation and discuss follow up measures.
The meeting was attended by DGMO, Navy chief, the Union Home Secretary and the IB Chief, official sources said.
