President Pratibha Patil leaves for India

Jakarta: President Pratibha Patil today left for home after her two-nation visit to Vietnam and Indonesia as part of India's Look East policy to enhance bilateral ties with the Asian neighbours.

During her visit, the President met her counterparts in Vietnam and Indonesia and held discussions on wide range of issues encompassing political, economic and other aspects. Patil's visit reaffirms India's pursuit of closer and enduring partnership with these countries.
