Tight security in Siliguri for CM's visit

Siliguri: Security measures have been beefed up in Siliguri for the two-day visit of West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee beginning from tomorrow, police sources said today.

Bhattacharjee is scheduled to address the open session of All India Krishak Sabha at Phansidewa tommorow evening. The Chief Minister will also review the law and order situation of north Bengal at a high level meeting here tomorrow, sources said.

On Sunday Bhattacharjee will address a condolence meeting at Baghajatin Park here in memory of late CPI(M) leader Bikash Ghosh. The Chief Minister will also visit the house of Ghosh.
