Jammu: Border Security Force (BSF) troops have arrested two Pakistani nationals, who had crossed over to the Indian side of the International Border in Jammu province, a BSF spokesman said here today.

The troops took into custody a 50-year-old Allah Ditta, belonging to Malike village in district Narowal of Pakistan, near border outpost of Nawapind in R S Pura sector yesterday, he said. There was no recovery of arms and ammunition from him, he said. Earlier, on Thursday, another Pakistani national, identified as Anyay Ali of Jagowal in Pakistan, was apprehended near the International Border in Bobiya area of Hirangar sector, he said.

Preliminary investigations reveal that the duo had crossed to the Indian side inadvertently, the spokesman said, adding, they will be later handed over to the local police for further investigation.
