Ratlam: Janata Dal (U) president Sharad Yadav today denied the allegations made by some political parties that National Democratic Alliance was weakening.
"There is no weakening within the NDA due to internal differences...infact new parties such as National Lok Dal and Assam Gana Parishad had joined the alliance," Yadav told reporters here.
The real contest in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections would be between the NDA and the UPA, Yadav said, adding that there was no possibility of JD(U) joining a third front at present.
"The Antulay chapter is closed...there is no division in NDA on the issue," Yadav, who is also the president and working coordinator of the NDA, said.
Yadav was in Ratlam to attend the death anniversary of social activist Mama Baleshwar Dayal.
