Krishnagiri: Krishnagiri Additional District Judicial Court has awarded life sentence to four persons for murdering a 10-year old school boy. According to prosecution, Padma (35), wife of Krishnappa of Nandimangalam village near Bagalur was having illegal affair with Chinna Pappya (45) of the same village.
Knowing this affair, Gopalappa (54) of the same village has also tried to have illegal affair with Padma. But Padma refused for it. Enraged with this, Gopalappa has kidnapped Padma's son Suresh (10) on July 3,2004 and murdered him.
In this connection, Bagalur police has registered a case and arrested Gopalappa and his relatives Narayanappa (50), Narasimman (34) and another Narayanappa (39). Krishnagiri Additional Judge Kumaraguru, who tried the case, has awarded life sentence to all four accused. Advocate Rajprakash appeared on the prosecution side.
