Rajahmundry: A woman T Kanthamma, 55,who was severely bitten by honey bees, died in Kakinada Government General Hospital.
Police said today that Kanthamma died yesterday in the hospital. She used to go to forest to collect honey from trees.
As usual she went into deep forest in East Godavari Agency three days back for collecting honey. When she sat under a tree for collecting honey, suddenly honey bees attacked her at once and bit her severely.
After that she was admitted to the hospital. While undergoing treatment, she died, police said. Police has registered a case.
