India, Pak swap nuclear site lists: report
Thursday, January 01, 2009 12:59 [IST]

Islamabad: Pakistan and India swapped lists of their nuclear installations under an accord Thursday, a media report said.

"The lists have been exchanged at the foreign ministries in New Delhi and Islamabad," Geo TV reported.

Under the agreement, both sides are to refrain from attacking nuclear facilities in the event of a war.

The report said that the neighbours have also set up a telephone hotline to prevent accidental nuclear conflict.
