Lucknow: The son of Samajwadi Party Lok Sabha MP from Ghatampur was today killed near Shajvajpur village of Kanpur district when the jeep carrying him rammed into a tanker, Home department sources said here.

Rakesh Kamal, son of SP MP Radhey Shyam Kori, died on the spot this morning when he lost control of the jeep and rammed it into the tanker, they said.

The body of victim was sent for postmortem, they said.
