Nithari case hearing on January 6

Ghaziabad: A CBI court will hear on January 6 the case of a victim of Nithari killings, in which Moninder Singh Pandher and Surinder Koli are prime accused. Both Pandher and Koli were today produced before special CBI judge Rama Jain, who deferred the hearing and sent them back to the district jail.

The case was filed by the family of Rimpa Haldar, who was one of the victims of Nithari killings. She went missing on February 2,2005. Later, 19 skulls were found from the drain adjacent to Pandher s residence. Sixteen of them were of children who had gone missing. One of them was found to be of Rimpa Haldar after the DNA test. Koli and Pandher were arrested by the police on December 29,2006,for the killings.
