NTPC employee shot at in Noida

Noida: An NTPC employee was today shot at by some unidentified persons in Atta locality here, police said.

Manoranjan Kumar, a class IV employee of NTPC, was shot at around 10.30 p.m. When he was having a drink at the roof of his rented house in Atta, Circle Officer, R N Mishra said, adding that he was rushed to Max hospital here.

Mishra said the condition of the 34-year-old Kumar was stated to be critical.

Investigation was on to trace the unidentified persons.
