London: Madame Tussauds, the London's waxwork museum, is set unveil the wax statue of Barack Obama to mark his inauguration as US President and is offering a free entry to American tourists.

The statue will make its debut at the museum on Jan 20, the same day Obama will take the charge of the Oval Office in America.

American Visitors will get to see the new installation without paying at Tussauds on inaugral day, whose usual charges start at 12.23 pounds, "on presentation of valid documentation", Madame Tussauds said today.

Obama's wax figure will be set in the recreation of Oval Office and where visitors can get up close and personal with the world's most powerful man.

They can stand behind the Resolute desk used by American presidents since 1880 and pace the American eagle-patterned carpet.

The figure of Obama will be in an informal and relaxed pose, smiling, with his arms casually folded and dressed in a tailored suit.
