Puducherry: Three persons have been arrested in connection with the alleged murder of a technical employee of a privately run pilot training school here.
Police said that two more persons wanted in connection with the murder, which took place on January 6,were at large and efforts were on to nab them.
A wordy duel between Jayesh (22) and another youth on Lawspet road led to the former being assaulted by a five member gang at his house. The gang broke the glass windows of his house, ransacked the premises and also allegedly attacked him with wooden logs, inflicting serious injuries.
Jayesh, hailing from Kerala, was immediately rushed to the government hospital where he succumbed to injuries.
Police launched an investigation and three of the gang members were arrested from the neighbouring Tamil nadu village of Kottakuppam yesterday.
