New justice party workers arrested

Coimbatore: Forty workers of New Justice Party were held here today when they attempted to stage a demontration against Sri Lanka protesting against the killings of "innocent" Tamils in that country.

As police had denied permission for the protest, the workers, who came to the venue, were taken into custody, police said.
