Ludhiana: Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, will be the Chief Guest at the convocation of the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) scheduled on January 17.

A total of 357 degrees and 58 merit certificates will be awarded, PAU spokesman Dr Raj Kumar Mahey said, adding, nine teachers will also be honoured for their contributions in respective fields.
