Lucknow: Amid reports of the BSP fielding Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt from the seat, senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha today said it is up to the people of Lucknow to decide who should represent the seat held by former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in the Lok Sabha after the next general elections.

"The people of this city have to think that a seat which is being represented by Atal Bihari Vajpayee, will be represented by whom in the next elections," Sinha said at a seminar here.

The candidature of Sanjay Dutt is a big challenge for the people of Lucknow, as the seat is being represented by Atal Bihari Vajpayee."

Senior BJP leader Lalji Tandon who was also present on the occasion said, "After Muzaffar Ali and Raj Babbar, now Sanjay Dutt will contest the polls from here sporting an AK 47 rifle."
