New Delhi: Nearly two months after the Mumbai terror attacks, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband will arrive here tomorrow on a three-day visit as a mark of solidarity with India.

During his stay, Miliband will address meetings in Hotel Taj Mahal and Hotel Trident where terrorists struck on November 26 and killed several persons in a three-day siege.

In Delhi, he will meet External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, Home Minister P Chidambaram and is expected to call on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

Miliband will also interact with a group of young Parliamentarians on climate change and security issues. British Prime Minister Gordon Brown had visited Delhi last month in the immediate aftermath of the Mumbai terror strikes and asked Pakistan to act against its perpetrators.

"Three quarters of the most serious terrorist plots investigated by the British authorities have led to the al Qaeda in Pakistan. The time has come for action, not words," Brown had said at a joint press conference with Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari in Islamabad, where he had travelled after his brief visit to New Delhi.
