Ranchi: Jharkhand governor Syed Sibtey Razi today accepted the resignation of chief minister Shibu Soren but asked him to discharge his duties till alternative arrangements are made.
In a communique, the governor said keeping constitutional and legal norms in mind he will decide on the possibilities of the alternative.
