Ranchi: A day after resigning from the Chief Minister's post in the wake of his defeat in the Tamar assembly bypolls, JMM President Shibu Soren was taken to a hospital today for medical check-up as he complained of uneasiness.
"After Guruji (Soren) complained of uneasiness in the morning he was taken to a private hospital for check-up. The doctors are examining him," Soren s Press Advisor Safiq Ansari told PTI.
The beleaguered JMM strongman was having a gruelling schedule after his defeat in the Tamar by-poll on January eight attending back-to-back JMM and UPA meetings in state, holding talks with the UPA central leadership and meeting Jharkhand Governor Syed Sibtey Razi.
At the state UPA meeting last night, the coalition left it for the central leadership to find a concensus candidate. Source : PTI
