Washington: A woman shot-put a 12-pack of beer bottles at a burglar approximately 12 feet away as he tried to get away with her wallet on a bicycle. Kayte Taylor and her three girlfriends had stopped at Sam’s Market on Santa Rosa Avenue to grab some beer.
The 28-year-old, accompanied by one friend into the store, was reaching into the cooler when the man strode up and snatched her wallet from her other hand, reports pressdemocrat.com.
On realising she was holding a 12-pack of Miller Lite, Kayte lifted the box to shoulder height and took her aim at the burglar suggested to be 12 feet away.
Four women later leaped on the robber, who went down after the shot but tried to escape on foot when one of Kayte’s friends, who works as a security guard and was in uniform, followed him until cops arrived and took him in.
