Shiney Ahuja gets bail in rape case .Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja, who has been in judicial custody for three months after being charged with raping his domestic help, got bail Thursday on surety of Rs.50,000.

"There is no clear evidence that Shiney had raped his maid," said his lawyer Shirish Gupte. Shiney was arrested on June 15 for allegedly raping his maid at his residence in suburban Oshiwara. The court has ordered the actor to deposit his passport with the officer investigating the case.
