Bangalore based Compudyne Winfosystems Ltd (CWL), has achieved a revenue of Rs 2625.73 lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2001 as against the corresponding previous year’s turnover of Rs 643.48 lakhs, registering a growth of 308 per cent. Net Profit for the year ended March 31, 2001 increased to Rs 647.76 lakhs as against Rs 193.02 lakhs for the corresponding previous year registering a growth of 236 per cent

E-Commerce/e-Business contributed 50 per cent of the total revenue and the remaining 50 per cent came from multimedia activities

S S Dahiya, Chairman and Managing Director, announced that the Board of Directors during its meeting held on April 16, 2001 proposed a dividend of 15 per cent subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 6th Annual General Meeting of the company.
