The Foreign Ministers of the South Asian Association of Regional Co-operation nations met at Himalayan kingdom Nepal's capital Kathmandu on August 21. Speculation was rife on whether Indian Foreign Minister Yashwant Sinha would have a one-to-one with his Pakistan counter part Inamul Haq.
