With Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) deciding to join the Congress-led coalition Government and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) hinting at following suit, Prime Minister-elect Manmohan Singh today (May 21, 2004) held another round of consultations with party chief Sonia Gandhi on Government-formation.
