Washington: Amid many claims and speculations, the US intelligence agencies have decided to investigate Qaeda role in Bhutto assassination. Earlier, Indian intelligence agencies denied Qaeda involvement in Bhutto assassination while calling it pure politically-motivated murder.
On Friday, through an e-mail Qaeda claimed the responsibility of killing Bhutto. Taliban in Pakistan, on many occasions, had issued death threats to Benazir. It's been also believed the Pakistani officials have managed to intercept the phone calls of Al-Qaeda.
